BOOKING POLICY

Deposit

To secure your appointment, Adora Beauty requires a non-refundable booking deposit of $30 from all clients. This deposit will be credited towards the total cost of your appointment on the day of your service.

Late Policy

Adora Beauty understands that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. To respect the time of clients and staff, we kindly ask  you to be on time for your appointment. If you’re running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We typically allow a 5-minute grace period for all appointments. 

  • Clients who arrive more than 5 minutes late will be required to pay a late fee of $30.
  • Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and will result in a fee, which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service, with a minimum charge of $50.

Rescheduling/Cancellation

If you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment, please inform Adora Beauty at least 24 hours in advance. We appreciate your consideration in notifying us ahead of time. We understand that last-minute situations may arise, so we will accommodate your needs; however, this helps us manage our schedule effectively.

  • Cancellations/Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will result a fee, which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service, with a minimum charge of $50.
  • No-Show: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service fee for the missed appointment, with a minimum charge of $70.

Pre-Procedure Policy

To ensure the best results from your treatment, please follow these guidelines on the day of your appointment:

  • No Mascara: Avoid applying mascara, as residue can affect the procedure’s effectiveness.
  • Makeup-Free Eyes: Ensure your eyes are completely free of makeup, including eyeliner and eyeshadow.
  • No Moisturizer: Refrain from using moisturizers or oily products around the eye area.

Duration

Most appointments will last approximately 1-2 hours, depending on the services rendered. Please ensure that you are able to lie down for this duration and plan accordingly prior to booking your appointment.

Refund and Returns Policy for Lash Supplies

Overview

At Adora Beauty, we are committed to providing high-quality lash supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, certain items (such as opened or used lashes) cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Process for Returns

  2. Shipping the Return: Once your return is authorized, please securely package the item(s) and include a copy of your order confirmation. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  3. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process above, and once your return is processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
